Reflections

New Year's Day seems to be a good time to take a step back and take stock on one's life so I decided to revisit my 101. I'm about 600 days in to this project now and have hit a wall. I'm reading over my "to do" list and realize that I don't care that much about many of the items on the list any more. It's funny because a few of them are things I've had on my mind forever. Just goes to show that the reason it doesn't get done, I suppose, is that it isn't really all that important.

I wasn't aware that my goals have changed, but they have and it is interesting to reflect back upon where I was nearly two years ago.

The question is, do I do them or revise the list?

42. Host a board game night.

Done. New Year's Eve was spent playing a variety of games this year. We played Pictionary (a good standard), Wits and Wagers (a bit disappointing), and Dicecapades (very fun).

I haven't played Pictionary in so long that I bought a new version rather than spend the time tracking down the old one buried in the attic. Unfortunately, they have apparently changed the rule which made for some confusing play. We muddled through and had a good laugh anyway.
